CANCELLATION POLICY
From December 23, 2025 to January 2, 2026: cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.
From January 3 to April 11, 2026: cancellations are free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.
From April 12 to June 30, 2026: cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.
From July 1 to August 31, 2026: cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival (3 PM Quintana Roo local time). After that date, a penalty of 100% of the stay applies for modification, cancellation or no-show at the hotel. It is mandatory to present official identification at check-in.
